Terms and Conditions for Independent Schools Conference 2023 Discount. 

Offer Period: 

The Independent Schools Conference will run from 29th November 2023 to 31st January  2024, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period”). 

Eligibility: 

The offer is open to all schools represented by the delegates of the Independent Schools Conference 2023. 

Discount: 

During the Offer Period, eligible schools can receive a 15% discount on the licensing fees of Activ People HR for schools’ packages. 

The contract must be signed and returned by 31st March 2024 to be eligible for the discount. 

Licensing Fees: 

The discount applies solely to the licensing fees of Activ People HR. The licensing period for which the discount applies is one year from the date of purchase. 

Refunds and Exchanges: 

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds or exchanges on modules purchased. 

Offer Modifications: 

Codel Software Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. 

Limited Time Offer: 

The offer is subject to availability and applies only during the Offer Period. The 15% discount offer on Activ People HR for schools will end on 31st January 2024. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. 

General Terms: 

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the Company’s standard terms of service and privacy policy. 

By participating in the offer, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above.
