Terms and Conditions for Software Review Draw 

Eligibility: 

• The “Software Review Draw” (the “Draw”) is open to all HR/ Administrator clients of Activ People HR. 

Participation: 

• To be eligible for the Draw, clients must complete and publish an online review of Activ People HR’s software- Any Module on either Trustpilot or G2 during the promotional period. The review must meet the platforms’ guidelines and terms of service. 
• Each email can only enter the Draw once. Open to the Activ People HR administrators at registered Activ People HR clients. 

Promotional Period: 

• The promotional period for the Draw begins on 02/08/2024 and ends on 30/09/2023  All eligible reviews posted within this period will be considered for the Draw. 

Prizes: 

• The prize for the Draw will be £150 Love to Shop Voucher.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 
• We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

Draw and Winner Selection: 

• The winner of the Draw will be selected randomly from all eligible reviews received during the promotional period. 
• The Draw will be conducted within 10 days after the promotional period ends.
• The winner will be notified via email or contact phone number using the contact information provided via email. 
• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize.

Privacy

• All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
• The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Activ People HR.
• An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via the Activ People HR website and social media.

Privacy and Data Usage: 

• Personal information provided for the Draw will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

General Conditions: 

• Activ People HR reserves the right to disqualify any review that is found to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of the review platforms’ terms of service. 
• Activ People HR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 
• The decision of Activ People HR & Codel Software Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Activ People HR  and Codel Software Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
• Activ People HR and Codel software Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
• Activ People HR  and Codel Software Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize are that of the prize winner.
• Activ People HR  and Codel Software Ltd  reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• By participating in the Software Review Draw, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
