Terms and Conditions for End of Summer Sale

Offer Period:

The End of Summer Sale (“Sale”) will run from 21st August 2023 to 30th September 2023, both dates inclusive (“Offer Period”).

Eligibility:

The Sale is open to all clients of Codel Software Ltd (“Activ People HR”) who hold valid licenses for the applicable modules.

Discount:

During the Offer Period, eligible clients can get a 50% discount on the licensing fees for additional modules, including Absence, Appraisals, Training, Timesheets, Handbook, and Documents.
The contract must be signed and returned by 30^th September 2023 to be eligible to receive the discount.

Licensing Fees:

The discount is applicable solely to the licensing fees of the selected modules. The regular licensing period for which the discount applies is one year from the date of purchase.

Module Selection:

Clients can choose one or any of the listed modules. The discount applies to the full total of each selected module.

End Date:

The last day to get the 50% discount on additional modules is 30th September 2023. This discount will not be able to be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Validity:

Modules purchased during the Sale will be valid for the licensed period of one year from the date of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds or exchanges on modules purchased during the Sale.

Modifications:

Codel Software Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sale at any time without prior notice.

Limited Time Offer:

General Terms:

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the Company’s standard terms of service and privacy policy.

By participating in the Sale, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined above.
