Every training record enables you to capture the reason, key dates, cost, feedback and how it has impacted the employee’s skill level. Documentary evidence of attendance can be attached to confirm the course was completed.
Yes. Activ Training can be configured with specific reminder email alerts to notify the employee, line manager or HR of an upcoming training course and when a course has not been completed by the required date.
