To ensure you get the most value out of a demonstration we will first be in touch for a discovery session to understand your requirements. We’ll then schedule a convenient time for the software demonstration via Microsoft Teams. Our solution expert will focus on your business needs and how we have helped similar organisations.
How long will it take?
This is completely flexible and dependant on what you’d like our solution expert to run through with you. Typical Activ People HR demonstrations can take between 30-60 minutes with the ability to ask questions at any point during our time with you. We’ll ensure you go away with your business requirements covered and help make that all important solution decision.
Next steps?
On completion of the demo, we know you’ll need to know all the commercials in order to make a business decision. Our friendly Account Management Team are on hand to finalise all necessary business requirements with you and provide a business case proposal. When you’re ready to go, we’ll send a contract for sign-off and on completion our Onboarding team will support you every step of the way to a successful launch of Activ People HR within your organisation.
What happens after launch?
We know that questions on how to do something or configuration changes maybe raised after the software has gone live as no one day is ever the same in HR. That’s when our Specialist Support Team are on hand to deliver a highly responsive service both over the telephone, email or webchat that gives you the peace of mind that you will never be on your own not knowing what to do.
